Making a visit to The Fusilier Museum

The Fusilier Museum offers taught learning sessions, as well as guided and self-guided tours. Please do contact the museum, because sessions can be tailored to suit the needs of your group.

Key Stage 1 and 2
Current learning sessions we offer are based on World War Two, the Victorian soldier, and Remembrance. We can also focus a learning session on Bury – being part of the history of the local area. We are in the process of developing a Toys and Games learning session. In addition, we can plan a session to focus on a particular school topic, if you let us know what would suit your class.

Key Stage 3 and 4
The museum is in the process of developing learning sessions for Secondary school classes. Please do contact the museum, as we can deliver a learning session to suit the needs of your class.
