The Friends has been formed in response to the increasing interest in both the Fusiliers' Collection and the heritage of the Arts and Craft Centre. The Friends Group will cater for all interests. Through their common interests the Friends will be able to support the Museum in its current project and in the future.

The Friends will be an independent organisation from the museum with its own Management Committee. Once the organisation has been formally established, a full programme of events for the Friends will be produced, including lectures, visits, battlefield tours and social events. There are also opportunities for the Friends to be involved with the work of the museum if they wish. The full programme will be available to view on this page in the New Year.

Interest in joining the Friends is not just confined to local or even the British Isles we are happy for anyone to join and share their interest throughout the world.
